So it's done. After 14 months of Mondays, almost 500 hours of class/lab time, roughly 22,000 kilometres travelled, and almost 800 wines, ports, champagnes and beers tasted, it's done. I'm officially a "certified sommelier". Although i'll probably just refer to myself as "sommelier". "Certified" is just so not me.
A tip of the hat to the College and their program, my classmates and all the teachers and professors, yes - even you Aaron. What an incredible experience, I recommend it for anyone who is even slightly passionate about wine, and if you have the time.
